1. Scope
These terms govern enquiries and facilitation services provided by Autokart Enterprises for fleet operations, motor insurance assistance, vehicle loan assistance and buy/sell support.
2. Our role
Autokart Enterprises is a facilitator and service coordinator, not an insurer, bank or NBFC. Insurance issuance is decided by licensed insurers. Loan approval, rate, tenure and disbursal are decided solely by the concerned bank or NBFC.
3. Customer responsibility
You must provide accurate, complete and lawful information and documents. You are responsible for reviewing every proposal, policy, agreement, mandate and payment schedule before acceptance.
4. Fees and payments
Any applicable service fee or premium instalment information will be disclosed before confirmation. Third-party charges, taxes, penalties and lender or insurer charges may apply separately.
5. No guarantee
We do not guarantee insurance issuance, loan approval, vehicle availability, earnings, approval timelines or outcomes controlled by third parties.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to applicable law, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts serving Thane, Maharashtra.
